Room is complete with king bed, ensuite bathroom, 50-inch flat screen TV, dining area, kitchenette with stove, large fridge, countertop with sink, plates, dishes, flatware, coffee maker and a small selection of cookware.
Please note: both efficiency suites are located on the 1st floor ground floor making it easy to load/unload your belongings from your vehicle.

Payment and Cancellations:
- First Nights Room and Tax Due within 24 hours of booking. You may cancel your reservation up to fourteen days prior to the arrival date with the penalty in loss of deposit of first nights room and tax.
- Balance/full payment will be due 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 14 days will result in penalty of full cost of stay. Should you cancel your stay with the window of 3 days prior to your arrival, you will forfeit the room and tax for the duration of your stay.
- CASH PAYING: Should you wish to pay cash upon arrival, please note that full payment will be made on the credit card provided at time of booking and can be refunded on receipt of cash. Please note that based on your bank, it may take up to 14 days for those funds to return to your account.
- CREDIT CARD UPDATES: Should you wish to pay the balance with a different card, please notify the hotel at least 8 business days prior to your arrival. Hotel - 302-227-4000.
