We decided to take an end of the summer vacation and stayed at Beach House Dewey. The hotel has beautiful updated rooms and thy staff was super friendly. The hotel is just just one block to the beach and walking distance to the Bottle & Cork, Rusty Scupper and the Starboard. I highly recommend Beach House Dewey or Atlantic Oceanside Hotel, if visiting Dewey Beach!
Front desk women were AMAZING! A young lady who normally works at there other hotel next door helped me and my family the second she walked in the door she said she normally worked nights but got there early and thankfully she did she made mine and my families stay so much more enjoyable I couldn’t thank her enough, Very friendly , clean rooms & great price especially for being so close to the beach . Definitely will be back soon.
Clean room. Very roomy! Adequately furnished. Ideal bed-side pull chain light switch. Air conditioner works very well and keeps room very comfortable. Nice and ample clothing storage. Nice convenient pool. I look forward to going back again!!!
This was a super last min trip and I couldn't have been happier with how it went. My room was clean, conveniently located, dog-friendly and spacious. I would definitely consider going back again at some point next summer.
We had a great stay with a clean room. The staff was accommodating when we needed new towels. The breakfast was a nice way to get the morning started. It is a nice place if you have a dog in seeing other guests caring for their pets and also the office having dog biscuits as a treat.Best part is its location to the beach. Being in the middle of Dewey, there are wonderful restaurants either direction you walk. Family had a fun vacation! Thanks Atlantic Oceanside!
The rooms are satisfactory and the water pressure is great.
Howwever, it’s the team that really makes this place shine. I hope you get to experience the sugar plum fairy that is Gloria upon check-in - talking to her is worth the price of admission alone. Everyone else (including fellow guests and the housekeeping team) is full of smiles, too. I can’t wait to get back here!
Being on the Atlantic side is nice, too, meaning you don’t have to worry about heavy summer traffic when you’re heading out to catch some waves.
